Beware using this script for 2016. When the cache is cleared the Get-SPServer command cannot get the servers anymore and the script fails. When the cache is filled again it works again. I used the script by processing the servers 1 by 1.

Excellent script. Very professional and works much faster than manually running the individual steps. Very important when working on time critical actions.

do you have an option to skip servers that are unreachable from the get-spsserver command?
